Kola Mac is a Los Angeles based hip-hop artist, who hails from The Pico District, which is home of the legendary Roscoes Chicken and Waffles. Over the course of a few years, Kola has successfully released a series of project’s titled “Choppin Change 1 & 2 :A Westside Story” and “Eat Or Don’t Vol. 1 & 2,” heralding some big name features and production.

Mac has also performed at many landmark venues in L.A, such as The Key Club, The House Of Blues and The Joint to name a few, and displays tremendous stage presence while performing. His style mixes slick, gritty street talk, with depth and conscious awareness that inspires gives his music great balance. Kola Mac is definitely on the horizon of a tremendous break through and on the brink of stardom.

Today, the L.A. artist links with veteran producer Rhythm D for a brand new street banger titled “Bac II Trappin.” The LL Cool J-inspired “Back to Cali” reinvention will appear on Kola’s forthcoming project “Eat Or Don’t Vol.3,” which is arriving soon.

New Music: Kola Mac – “The Pressure”

L.A.’s own Kola Mac comes hard on his newest single, “The Pressure.” The electrifying beat is all over the place, complete with Juicy J adlibs (“Yeah, H*E!”), “Turn up!” chants and mind-boggling drums, but Kola rides it with precision, serving rapid-fire heat with his bars. If turning up the pressure was the aim of this track, it’s safe to say it’s been accomplished. You’re gonna wanna play this one on repeat.
