Kodak Black has finally dropped a new mixtape and we are hella excited about it. The new project is entitled Lil B.I.G. Pac. It features 13 songs with guest appearances from Lil Boosie, PnB Rock and Gucci Mane. This is special date for Kodak to release this tape as today is his birthday. Unfortunately, he is spending it behind bars.

The now 19-year-old artist from Florida, has been in jail since May 19th, on the count of 8 charges. Charges including robbery and false imprisonment. This coming shortly after being released from jail, after being arrested for gun and marijuana possession, back in April. This year has not been fun for Kodak so far.

Seemingly with only 3 features on his new tape, two include two people who’ve had their fair share of the law. Boosie who was released back in March of 2014 after serving 6 years for drug charges, shines on his feature. The song entitled “Slayed” sure to be a banger. Gucci Mane, who was released just two weeks ago after serving 2 year sentence has been very busy since being released. He was featured on the second song in the mixtape, titled “Vibin In This Bih.” The song was originally released earlier today before the mixtape released, and the internet went crazy.

it is clear that over the past year, since releasing his first mixtape, Institution, Kodak has gained a heavy following. There has been many supporters motioning for his release and keeping him in their prayers. He shows his devotion to his fans by keeping his word and releasing his mixtape on the date he initially said he would. Until “The Finesse Kid,” as he goes by, is released from prison, his fans will have this new tape to bump until then, as all shows have been cancelled.
