The King of Posse Cuts is back with his latest offering titled, “I Did It For My Dawgs.” DJ Khaled‘s latest single features some of the hottest emcees currently in the hip-hop game. The track produced by Beat Bully, contains some of the dopest verses heard in awhile from Rick Ross, Meek Mill, French Montana, Ace Hood and Jadakiss. The newest posse cut from Khaled‘s latest album titled, Kiss The Ring, is one to add along with The Dopest Posse Cuts of All Time like, A Tribe Called Quest‘s “Scenario”, Puff Daddy & The Family‘s “It’s All About The Benjamins”, Kanye West‘s “Monster”, Stop The Violence Movement‘s “Self Destruction”, Marley Marl‘s “The Symphony”, Craig Mack‘s, “Flava In Your Ear (Remix)”, West Coast All Stars‘ “We’re All In The Same Gang”, Master P‘s “Make Em Say Ugh” and LL‘s, “I Shot Ya (Remix).”

On DJ Khaled‘s latest offering each rapper spits their own definition of what it means to stay loyal to their closest friend (or dawg). As each emcee takes their turn over this bumping 808 beat, you get the true meaning of what it means to give your last for your homeboy, in order to gain respect from them. Yet again, DJ Khaled has himself another hit single that will get him another million selling plaque to bring home and hang on his wall.

DJ Khaled enlists the help of some of the games illest lyricists for his new track “They Ready.” J. Cole, Big K.R.I.T., and Kendrick Lamar show what they’re made of and J. Cole even jumps on the beat, getting production credit. Khaled’s Kiss the Ring is due out tomorrow.

The anticipation has been mounting for DJ Khaled’s new album Kiss The Ring and it just rose even higher with this track. “Hip Hop” is hands down the best song that DJ Khaled has ever collaborated on and it just may be one of the hottest songs of the year. Nas and Scarface spit lyrical crack, while they paint the vivid image of hip-hop as a woman. Add DJ Premier who brings his legendary essence to seal up this incredible package. J.U.S.T.I.C.E League came through again with a bananas beat to put the finishing touch on this hip-hop gem. Kiss The Ring in stores August 21.

Apparently someone did, in fact, tell PETA that Kanye‘s mink is draggin’ on the floor. The organization has responded to Yeezy’s line on his new single, Theraflu. In a statement made to XXL, PETA’s Senior VP, Dan Mathews, says “[Kanye’s] a great musician but doesn’t seem to have the fashion sense to design anything more than caveman costumes.”

Mathews goes on to say that “what’s draggin’ on the floor is Kanye’s reputation as a man with no empathy for animals or human beings.” Kanye’s camp has yet to respond.

In related news, Hit-Boy recently told MTV that “Theraflu” was meant for DJ Khaled‘s upcoming album. Kanye, however, felt the song was an “urgent record” and needed to be released immediately. Khaled notes that the two have more records together and at least one will appear on the DJ’s forthcoming album, Kiss the Ring. Watch the interview below.

Khaled is back with yet another star-studded collab, produced by The Runners. Flex got the go-ahead to premiere this one without even having to hack into anyone’s e-mail. This will live on Khaled’s upcoming album, Kiss the Ring. Clean for now.
