After dropping his How We Get Here EP in March, Kamal Smith is back with his new album No Vacations.

The well put together 10- track project doesn’t have any features but does include production from his favorite beat makers Astro, RedvisionBeats, and TraphouseRyan who contributed to a few of his earliest tracks.

Kamal Smith is a rapper that is based in California quickly garnering a buzz for himself. In an interview with music site Artistic Manifesto awhile back, he was asked what sets him apart from other artist and what’s his overall vision with music. “I just feel like I have my own style. I keep it real, but also like to have fun with it as well. I don’t have any limitations, I’m always willing to try out new things and see where it goes. it’s about just having an open mind, and not limiting yourself. My overall vision is to be on top with everyone I started with, enjoying success. I want to be able to inspire people and send a genuine message through my lyrics.”

Kamal Smith continues to make a name for himself. The California rap artist makes a triumphant return with his new single “Night Owl” and it’s safe to say it’s a smash. Produced by TrapHouseRyan, Kamal shares a different and unique vibe for the new single. The song features a very wavy Kamal Smith singing to his broken hearted love interest all while expressing his desire for her and how he hopes she chooses him in the end.

“I can show you more and be your Romeo. They’re hating on the low, I don’t care that’s for sure.”

California rap artist Kamal Smith finally returns to our site today to drop off his new release “The Feeling.” In the Astro produced record, Kamal Smith dives deep to come up with more open lyrics that gives us an understanding of who he really is. For this record he decided to take the freestyle route to give us a clear glimpse on his tougher days as well as where he is currently at in his career.

The KBA music group member has been very busy working on new content for his followers to enjoy. For now, he decided to share something for his supporters to hold them over until the release of his new album No Vacations coming this fall/winter. The Traphouseryan-produced 5-track effort consists of satisfying, addicting, and anthemic sounds. This is definitely his best body of work yet and it is just an appetizer for what’s to come. The artist gives us a record we can vibe out to as he crafts an anthem that is fueled by the money surrounding him. It was only right to share a visual with the fans while he is preparing to drop some new heat.

The music video features a very determined and confident Kamal Smith cooling in the middle of a back road about to head to the paper. With the help of director Bri Alysse, the rap artist is able to showcase his everlasting hustle of always being out on the grind.
