Naya Ali Releases Get It Right Visual

Coyote Records/Universal Music, signee Naya Ali is reaching new heights as a recording artist. Having opened up for Pusha T and Playboi Carti at last year’s MURAL Festival, she became the first female rapper from Quebec to perform at Canada’s Osheaga festival this year. Following the success of her 2018 track “Ready To Go” which has over 15 million views on YouTube, she continues to impress. On her latest visual “Get It Right” she shows the world why she is the next big star!

“Get It Right” is the perfect balance of raw lyrics and creativity. Produced by Parlophone Records signed production duo Banx & Ranx, this is by far her best visual to date. You will see the Ethiopian bred emcee spitting some of her most fire bars, as the ethereal scenery helps her raw vocals thrive. By this video being shot in all dark places, it creates a very eerie, and grungy effect bringing Ali’s vision to life. Some notable lyrics from this release include “you ain’t never seen another like me said I couldn’t find my way”.

The most impressive thing about this visual is the high quality of cinematography that what put into creating this masterpiece. “Get It Right” looks like a scene out of a Jordan Peele movie because of the horror like vibe it gives off.

 As Naya Ali is currently working on her debut album Godspeed she continues to put her foot on the gas towards success. This release is scheduled for February of 2020. Until then, press play below to stream her latest visual.

On Feb 26, Chance The Rapper buys out the tickets for a showing of the new movie Get Out so that his fans have a chance to see the movie on him.

Anyone who follows the rapper on Twitter would have seen the tweet “I bought all the tickets to #GetOut at Chatham Theatre on 87th Just pull up with ID and enjoy the movie”. Get Out, by Jordan Peele of Key and Peele, has already received much critical acclaim from fans and professionals ( though not so much from those complaining about reverse racism). Chance The Rapper himself gave his report on it in all caps, tweeting “DID I NOT TELL YALL #GETOUT WAS INCREDIBLE!! BEST FILM ACROSS ANY GENRE IN AWHILE GO SEE IT TODAY! Cc: @LilRel4 @JordanPeele“.

The movie was both written and directed by Jordan Peele and features Daniel Kaluuya. It centers around an interracial couple and their to die for meeting of the family, with a bit of social commentary mixed in with your classic horror tropes. The movie opened this weekend on the 24th and led the weekend with $30.5 million in the box office. While you may not have Chance The Rapper paying for your ticket, it is advised that you go and see it soon.
