Last week the Jet Life crew took to the blogosphere to release the second cut off their collaborative album, Jet World Order 2. “Welcome” features an uptempo beat courtesy of Cookin’ Soul, but Trademark Da Skydiver and Young Roddy really set it off as they take turns delivering quality bars over some soulful production. Mr. Spitta is noticeably absent from this joint, but Roddy and Trademark do a thorough job of holding it down in the meantime. RESPECT. isn’t trying to hate y’all, just keeping it alphabetical here. Trademark gets his bars in first on Jet Life’s single release, “No Sleep,” off their collaborative album Jet World Order 2. The Hot Spitta and Roddy take their turns too and rest assured no one disappoints over the bass-heavy production courtesy of the Fortunate Ones. Consider this a subtle reminder that these dudes stay up and stay on their grind. Only time will tell how many features or guest producers will make an appearance on the sequel, but in the meantime be sure to check out their first offering below.
