It looks like Christmas may come early this year in the form of a new J.Cole album–anticipated to drop Dec. 9th!

J.Cole has been relatively quiet for quite some time now.

Cole last appeared in the public eye when he headlined New York City’s Meadow Music and Arts Festival back in October. This was the same show J.Cole surprised fans by expressing that he’d take a break from the limelight.

Although he never fully elaborated as to why he was taking a break, several speculated that new music was incoming from the Dreamville head honcho— a similar approach Cole took while making his third album, 2014 Forest Hills Drive.

As of today, tangible proof of a new J.Cole album has been brought forth via an iTunes pre-order for an album titled, For Your Eyez Only.

No official word yet from Cole or anyone else in the Dreamville crew.

The album seems to span 10 tracks in length and have a December 9th release date from Dreamville.

As promised, J. Cole released Road to Homecoming Episode 1, “F**k Money, Spread Love,” which captures the Dreamville rapper as he prepares for the release of his successful album, “2014 Forest Hills Drive”. Directed by Scott Lazer, the series features performances of every song from “2014 Forest Hill Drive”. “Homecoming” is the final piece of a 5 part documentary series, Cole created.

HBO now and Vimeo will be releasing a new episode every Wednesday until “Homecoming” premieres. The docu-series is set to air Jan. 9. Check out Cole’s  “Road To Homecoming”.
