Accomplishing something most Billboard Top 40 artists dream of but, very rarely ever achieve, James debuted his freshman album , I’m Not A Rapper, at #1 according to the iTunes Hip-Hop/Rap charts, where he remained for 3 days until Drake released Views From The 6 on April 29th of 2016. I know it sounds like a miracle for an artist the industry is not talking about, but for James, it’s all a part of the plan. Stealthily, he has taken over an entire untapped market of Hip-Hop consumers in United States.Premiering his 1st national single ‘Holiday’ featuring XXL 2017 Freshman Class prospect Taylor Bennett, (also famously known as Chance The Rapper’s younger brother) on Complex Hustle the new comer has composed a beautiful ballad accompanied by moving visuals made to inspire. Holiday was shot on location in Chicago, paying homage to Taylor’s home town as an act of gratitude for the dope collaboration.
