It looks like Late Late Show host, James Corden has a new gym partner, but not one he’s too fond of.

Sunday night (Aug. 28), the talk of the town was Kanye West‘s music video for his song “Fade,” which premiered at this year’s MTV VMAs. The 38-year-old British funnyman decided to spoof the sex-driven “Fade” video on Monday night. Why? Because it’s too perfect of a video to not be spoofed.

Furthermore, for those of you unfamiliar with the original video, actress-singer Teyana Taylor, 25, literally sweated it out for five-and-a-half minutes as she delivered Flashdance vibes highly reminiscent of the 1983 film.

In Corden’s video version, he is seen pumping iron with a razor-sharp focus. However, he soon faces distraction due to Taylor’s sexy gyrating dance moves.

“Sorry, do you mind, because it’s sort of a public gym. We all have to work out at the same,” he pleads to Taylor.

Although distracted, Corden still follows through with his workout. His level of annoyance reached its climax when she whipped her hair around and accidentally sprayed oil in his face. I’ve never seen a cringe-worthy face funnier than Corden’s. “That’s too much oil. No one needs that much oil,” he says.

If you can’t tell from Corden’s parody, the original “Fade” video is one to not be slept on.
