]]> New York has always been a part of the Hip-Hop conversation for breeding some of the best talent around. This time, you have to travel to upstate New York to see the foundation that D. Weathers is building with the debut of his video for “Is Watit Is”.

This video is the premiere single from his forthcoming ‘Prince of Poughkeepsie’ album and it arrives on the heels of Weathers earning a spot on Tito Montana’s Final Score Entertainment imprint.

While D. Weathers may only be 26, he’s looking to takeover the city from just above the Five Boroughs.
