Following the release of Despot‘s “House Of Bricks” audio last week, the Queens rapper is now back with the visuals. The video centers around people and places closest to Despot; his old block, pet iguana and his loved ones, including his mother who’s seen casually rolling and smoking a blunt. Despite Despot looking a little awkward in the E.VAX-directed video, the track is solid and it is his first visual ever in all the 15 years he’s been putting out music.

“House Of Bricks” is off his upcoming album, We’re All Excited, dropping soon.

After being on a surprisingly lengthy hiatus (barring a few guest appearances) Queens rapper Despot returns with certified banger, “House Of Bricks”. With the vibrant canvas, provided by E*Vax of Brooklyn based production duo Ratatat, “House Of Bricks” paints of vivid picture of life as a dope dealer using our beloved childhood nursery rhymes as the paintbrush. This is not a track for the whole family to enjoy… It is pretty dope though. No pun intended. Stream “House Of Bricks” below.
