Tik Tok Star, YVN Tae Takes Music Game By Storm With New Single, “Profit”

Davonte Rokers better known as YVN Tae is a 16 year old artist. Four months ago he released his first single, “Profit” featuring Danavy. With a huge following, signature look, sound, and confidence of an artist well beyond his years, this is only the beginning for him.

Early Stages

YVN Tae was born in Las Vegas. Growing up, he was a star football player and therefore he wanted to pursue a career in sports. In high school his mom needed a fresh start and relocated to Ohio. Tae began to write songs and developed a unique sound. He was inspired by artist like Lil Wayne, Travis Scott, and Lil Uzi.

Tae grew his fan base, amassing over 140,000 Instagram followers (@yvntae), and 620,000+ Tik Tok followers with over 10.4M likes. Whether he’s singing to his videos, participating in challenges or showing off his creativity, he effortlessly showcases his talent. After receiving a lot of positive feedback and IG likes from artist such as DaBaby, and NLE Choppa, only motivating him to go harder.

Career

Since his debut in January, Tae’s dropped two follow up singles “You” and “Hang With Us.” Both songs are solo tracks that appeal to a wide audience, featuring strong melodies, heartfelt lyrics and his signature deep voice over soft 808s.

The confident flows, mature delivery, and undeniable charisma is heard in every track he touches. This exciting young artist has made a big splash on the scene and is keen to follow up it with another string of bangers in 2020.

Big Jone$ Releases 10th Project, “Winners Can’t Lose”

Born and raised in Seattle, WA, Big Jone$ is known for his high energy and dope flow, that carries a distinct cadence. At only 24 years old, he has been making music since the age of 12. Jone$ main source of inspiration is his two daughters. They motivate him to reach new levels in his career and he talks about that in this project. He briefly explained to us his creative process behind this all:

“I felt the urge to remind people that they are winners in life. When you’re a winner you can’t lose. It’s a mentality one must have. I wrote all of the songs for this project with one thing in mind, will this make a listener want more? And I found myself saying “yes” to every song I wrote. My sound is versatile, I have a wide range of songs and sing styles. At times I attack the mic, I give you substance with a hard beat.

I have a distinct sound, I am able to mesh well with any artist, beat or sound. I have a great mix of talent and humbleness which keeps me level headed and aware of the way I use my gift. As a diverse artist, I incorporated life challenges in by mentioning my life’s journey, where something may have not have been so good. But I do it not in a way of sadness or pity but instead, in a way of overcoming and defeating an obstacle.”

Bon Dior Releases New Track, “Can’t Leave It Alone”

Bon Dior was born and raised in the East New York, Brooklyn, in Cypress Hill projects. He attended Chelsea High school in lower Manhattan. After graduating he attended LaGuardia Community College, where he expelled in his sophomore year. This pushed him into the street life. At a young age he began to acknowledge his passion for music. At 17, he started writing and recording his own songs. Dior utilizes his life story as a source to inspire his music. He enjoys making authentic music that we all can relate to. His most recent release, “Can’t Leave It Alone” was produced by Turbo. As the beat drops you can feel the dope vibe. Throughout the record we can see how much a multitalented creative he is.

Born on Frenchmen St., in the 7th ward area of New Orleans, LA, La’Rixkie starred as a basketball prodigy for the early years of his life. After graduating from prominent high school in New Orleans, McDonough 35, La’Rixkie received a basketball scholarship to play for Xavier University. After transferring from Delgado to Dillard University he later rediscovered his love for music an began composing songs & started performing locally around New Orleans. Building his brand from scratch La’RixkieGod was born.

LaRixkieGod originated from people around the neighborhood calling him “La – Rickie“ by embracing the his real name & staying true to himself he added “ God “ not in the light of him being an almighty being but him being a “creator” & came up with “LaRixkieGod“. Fast forward years later, LaRixkieGod started making a name for himself in the music industry of New Orleans and later took the show on the road to big name festivals like A3C & SXSW creating a name away from his hometown. LaRixkieGod later created a platform of his own named “Mind Of Art Nola “ bringing together artist of all kinds from all over the city under one roof and landed him in one of New Orleans the cities music outlets offbeat magazine. Still focused & progressing LaRixkieGod is set to release his latest Ep entitled “ILLUMINATION“.

Doley Bernays Delivers New EP ‘Made Me Worse’ & New Visual for “Black Porsche Trucks”

Bronx bred, Doley Bernays releases his first EP of 2020 titled, “Made Me Worse.” The headline itself, sets the tone for what we should expect. Bernays has recently opened up about some interesting life changes he has experienced. On the first record, “Ritz Carlton Flows,” his son starts off the project with insightful lyrics, encouraging us to always chase our dreams.

Bernays music is compared to the notion of time. Consequently evaluating events that take place in the past, present and future. With such meaningful and stimulating lyrics each record tells an enticing story about his journey. He consistently reveals more about his character in tactful ways. With each bar he sheds another layer of his personality. While the lyrics open up your mind intuitively. Each song tells a different story. He uses his lyrics to expose his deep thoughts that enhance his creative process.

“Family Phantoms,” “New Bosses,” “Home,” and “Passenger Seat” openly displayed how versatile Bernays is. Each track creates a distinctive vibe, while sending insightful and encouraging messages to the listeners.

This tape collectively shows how diverse Doley Bernays can be. Using his unique sound to mesh traumatic narratives of heavy losses, and the important message of enduring it all. With soulful beats and solid melodies he continuously raises the bar. His timeless and substantial bars serves as a healing tool to his supporters.

In the new visual for “Black Porsche Trucks,” Bernays stares directly into the camera as he spits those super soulful bars. He opens about losing his brother and having to deal with the aftermath. Many depend on his records to comfort them through tough times. His music is simply the soul’s therapy.
