When trying to talk about the New York City hip-hop scene, it’s imperative that you include the two largest focal points. That being Brooklyn and Queens, which have produced arguably the most successful and prolific hip-hop influence to date. To encapsulate it is one evening is impossible, although the Brooklyn-Queens Day Part 2 will attempt to do just that. Hosted by Lowkey from YouHeardThatNew amongst other hip-hop notable’s the evening is dedicated to providing insight and to further enrich the culture that both Brooklyn and Queens proudly present. It doesn’t stop there, the evening will get a special performance from Manolo Rose, Yung Joey, Hardaway and more. So needless to say, if your in the NYC greater area, you need to be at Santos Party House on June 4th. Doors open at 7 PM.
