Dave East has been climbing the ladder of hip-hop success as of late and he is ready to take what he feels is rightfully his. He’s one of the names you hear brought up frequently in the “Who’s next out of New York?” conversation. Being the best out of New York isn’t appealing to him, though; he wants to be the best in the entire game. The Harlem native dropped his mixtape Hate Me Now last month and the joint has a lot of flamers on it. Today, he dropped the video to the second track off the project called “KD”. It has been a long journey on the road to rap success for East Harlem’s own Dave East, but now; he is ready to drop the follow up to his breakout work entitled Black Rose with Hate Me Now, set to drop October 2nd. He’s been feeding the streets with that heavy pain music while he’s been finishing HMN in addition to marketing it to the masses. He’s been building a staggering amount of buzz while piling up cosigns from rap’s heavy hitters; he is now fully prepared to show the game what he has to offer. The project features the likes of Pusha T, Jadakiss, Styles P, Nas, Rico Love, Mack Wilds, Tray Pizzy and Floyd Miles.
