A$AP Mob members A$AP Rocky and Trap Lord A$AP Ferg team up with producer Harry Fraud to give us another high-quality song entitled “Wrong.”

Everything about this track is on point, as Ferg laces two perfect verses while Rocky handles the chorus to give emphasis to their wrongs. Although the full release dropped this week, many of A$AP Mob’s social media followers got the song early when Rocky played it during a live video stream earlier this year, driving the listeners mad.

As of now, the big question to ask: is this a single leading up an upcoming A$AP Mob project? A new Rocky or Ferg album perhaps? A joint project between the two? Either way, let’s just hope this good music keeps coming. With that said, I urge everyone to enjoy “Wrong” below.

Smoke DZA and Harry Fraud are no strangers to attacking music together. Their latest LP work of  ‘He Has Risen’ was released in early March of this year and features nine cohesively-chosen tracks. To build upon their massive arsenal, they bring us the music video for “Stage 5 Steamer.” The visuals were premiered earlier today by REVOLT TV and is arguably DZA’s most “daring” video to-date. The aspect of which the scenes are captured are undeniably unique, giving off an effect that zones you out effortlessly. DZA’s bars are laid-back as we expect, over a Harry-Fraud-produced beat. The jazz sample used in the song provides the extra leverage needed for Smoke to carry to out the chorus and his story-telling ways in the second half of the song. Known for being the Top Chiefer, DZA says you “need 16 lungs to keep up.”

This music video follows up the release of his “Heard Dat,” “100k” and “Morals” music video. If you haven’t done so yet, check out the LP here via Spotify.

The Kushed God returns with the second single from his upcoming LP, He Has Risen. The video, directed by DMF Films, features Smoke DZA spitting amongst colorful geometric patterns with loud medicine in tow. He Has Risen is due out March 4 courtesy of Surf School Recordings, and the album is exclusively produced by Harry Fraud.

Fraud and DZA are no strangers. Smoke’s second studio album, the 2012 Rugby Thompson, was also entirely produced by Harry Fraud. What unites the pair? New York roots, a love of getting fly, and a penchant for organic creativity. Fraud hails from the Cobble Hill section of Brooklyn and DZA represents Harlem, 119th street specifically. The pair’s ability to craft heat is evident; reflect on this 2012 gem – “New Jack.”

“Heard Dat” has a more uptempo vibe than we’re used to from Smoke DZA, along with live horns that give depth to the record. Enjoy this groovy tune, then check out the album’s first single, “Morals” featuring Snoop Dogg.

In other recent Smoke DZA news, The Smokers Club released a Greatest Hits mix in honor of his birthday on February 8th (the Kushed God turned 32, for those wondering). The mix is accentuated with short stories from Smoke about the creative processes behind the music. Look out for the hotel room tale behind the development of “Ghosts of Dipset.” King Thelonious produced an absolute gem, DZA set the foundation, then successfully recruited Cam’ron to handle the flourish.

DZA’s heavyweight list of collaborators – Joey Bada$$, Snoop, Ab-Soul, Styles P, Curren$y to name a few – and thorough discography belie his level of recognition within the industry. Smoke is more of a cult favorite than a global sensation, but his craftsmanship and rugged commitment to being himself on wax deserves appreciation in a Hip-Hop moment where dramatic exaggeration is a popular mode.

After taking over OVO Sound Radio on Jan. 17th and celebrating Yams Day at Terminal 5 in NY on Jan. 18th, the A$AP Mob continue to keep the content coming with A$AP Twelvyy teaming up with NY producer Harry Fraud for “Trips.” Twelvyy details all the places he’s been with the mellow new single, but makes it known his love for New York reigns supreme.

Twelvyy also released a short freestyle yesterday, over Rocky’s “1 Train” instrumental off his debut album, Long Live A$AP. Check that out below.
