Gerald, or more commonly known as G-Eazy, has been celebrating the success of his latest album, The Beautiful & Damned. On the road traveling from city to city, Eazy had landed in Boston, Massachusetts for his second to last show. Agganis Arena was jam-packed to capacity for a sold out performance by the Rap icon. G-Eazy presented, The Beautiful & Damned Tour.

Trippie Redd is an emerging artist who has grown to be one of the most popular new artists out. He’s well known for his affiliations with rappers like 6ix9ine, XXXtentacion, Rich Brian and more. Trippie Redd joined G-Eazy on tour and was the energy needed to set the tone. He came to the stage firing away with his most popular record, “Dark Knight Dummo,” that features Travis Scott. Other songs like “Polls 1469,” and “Love Scars” also played. Water throwing and crowd interaction had the fans immediate participation. After a solid performance, fans were even more excited for the headliner to play.

The lights cut off and the arena erupted in screams for the moment G-Eazy stepped up. Smoke covered the entire stage and he had approached the mic. Bright lights swept over the entire arena and one fan threw her bra on stage. Eazy picked it up and hung it on the mic stand like an ornament. The show was divided up in 3 different “acts.” Act 1: The Beautiful, began. The songs chosen for this segment of the show were soulful and personal. The songs played included platinum-selling single, “Me, Myself & I” and “Eazy.” Act 2: The Damned, consisted of crowd-hyping songs with dark melodies and heavy bass. It didn’t matter where your seat was in the arena, everybody was off their feet. G-Eazy had left the stage making fans believe the show was over before returning to bring the last segment of the show.

Act 3: Epilogue, was a short set of Eazy’s top current songs. First was “Him & I,” the romantic collaboration featuring girlfriend, Halsey. Lastly, “No Limit,” the late summer anthem featuring, A$AP Rocky and Cardi B shook the building. All the women in the arena recited Cardi’s verse as the show concluded. “I love you Boston,” Eazy yelled as he walked off stage and fans hit the exit signs. It was my first time seeing G-Eazy and won’t be my last. I’m sure many others feel the same.

Love is in the air, and G-Eazy and Halsey continue to show affection for each other in the public eye. It only makes sense for the two talented artists to join forces on a track — enter G-Eazy’s latest cut “Him & I,” which is (somewhat) reminiscent of Jay-Z and Beyoncé‘s “’03 Bonnie & Clyde”:

Ever go down or get caught, if they identify
My b***h was the most solid, nothing to solidify
She would never cheat, you’d never see her with a different guy
Ever tell you different, then it’s a lie
See, that’s my down b***h, see that’s my soldier
She keeps that thang-thang if anyone goes there
Calm and collected, she keeps her composure
And she gon’ ride for me until this thing over…

Enjoy the official visual for The Futuristiks-produced cut above…the album from which it’s taken from — The Beautiful & Damned — drops December 15th (pre-order here).

With only a little over a month left until Made in America, it’s only right we prepare you for all the greatness you are bound to encounter. This is RESPECT.’s guide to Made in America 2015:

-Be fully prepared to walk. A lot! Benjamin Franklin Parkway is a big location and MIA is making sure they use every inch of it. There will be plenty of artists to check out and most of them will be on different stages. You want to be comfortable but look fly? Get you some Yeezy Boosts (ya’ll like that huh?)

-Bring lots of money with you. You are going to want to drink, eat and then do it all over again. Trust us.

-Come with friends! MIA is an awesome festival and should NOT be enjoyed alone. Plus who is going to take all those fly pics of you?!

-Last but not least, expect to hear music from some of your favorite artists, not so favorites and many that you haven’t discovered yet. MIA is a mash-up of the best artists from all genres and it makes for a good experience. You come in expecting one thing and walk away with some really awesome, unforgettable memories. If you didn’t know, here are some of the artists that will be performing this year:

Beyonce (YASSSSS)

The Weeknd *Swoons*

Meek Mill

Future (DS2 Live? Umm, yes PLEASE)

Lola Wolf (Who Doesn’t Love Zoe Kravitz?)

Nick Jonas

Mick Jenkins

Grits & Biscuits (They get LIVE)

J. Cole (Classic)

Vic Mensa

De La Soul (Hip Hop Vets!)

Any So MANY MORE!

If you haven’t already, buy your tickets here! Let Made in America be the best ending to your summer.
