In the clip, the two collaborators start off reminiscing about life when they were younger (aided by the help of two kids playing nearby). Scenes then move from the porch to flashback-esque classroom scenes and reflection moments over the water — all adding to the chill vibe of the song.

Grind Paze has been perfecting his blend of laid-back vibes (read: great music to smoke to) for a while now, having released ‘under the radar’ cuts like “Loudest In The Crowd” and the harder-hitting “Das My Word“. Now, the P.G. County artist is ready to deliver a brand new EP titled RARE — first, he blesses the world with a soulful cut titled “Bored Games,” which features Dolomite and sees production from Super Miles (who previously crafted tracks for the likes of Wale, OG Maco and K Camp).

The melodic, nostalgic cut sees both artists at their most aware, speaking on lighting up and reflecting on what’s happening in the world that moves around him while working toward success (especially after regret over past decisions). There’s talk of “flying spaceships”, “jumping off the porch” and learning the basics of their environment, and watching for the many evils that try to “Willie Lynch” them on a daily basis. Adding in the accompanying horns creates a sound reminiscent of classic Curren$y and Big K.R.I.T.; regardless, each emcee maintains their own unique style and message to enjoy.
