The most awkwardly brilliant duo in modern hip hop joined forces on Kanye West‘s ‘Freestyle 4’ off  of his latest album: “The Life of Pablo” just a few short weeks ago. They decided to go in yet again on a new freestyle. According to XXLmag the freestyle was recorded by a soundcloud user via the Golf Media app‘s live stream. The original sound clip has been converted to HQ for a better listening experience, check it out below:

A$AP Rocky hails from Harlem, New York with a keen sense of fashion and an artistic vision for acting and directing films such as “Dope.” Tyler, The Creator is exactly that, a creator! He came into the rap game fresh out of Ladera Heights, California with a style of alternative hip hop that was uniquely his own. A$AP and Tyler are both pioneers of their respective groups, A$AP Mob and Golf Wang which have continued success from the streets to the screen. Anything that comes from this unlikely pair should be considered art, to say the least.

The “Rocky and Tyler Tour” came to an end last October after starting in Lowell, MA and concluding in Dallas, TX. It seemed as though the collaborations and unorthodox freestyles might also come to an end, but neither artist shows signs of breaking up this uncanny yet beautiful bromance. They have created a new feel to the music that they produce. They also show the rap game that you don’t have to stay within a secluded realm of artists that are similar in style. Maybe this will spark ideas to branch out for other artists as well. This may just be the new avant garde of hip hop! Stay on the lookout for more heat from A$AP Rocky and Tyler, The Creator!

Today Golf Wang’s latest sneaker collaboration with Vans released to the public. The boisterous sneaker will be released at both Blades locations in New York and is limited to only one color way out of the collection per customer. The purchase of the Van (which according to Baller Status is Tyler the Creator’s favorite thus far) will be first come, first serve. Although the sneaker was also recently available at Tyler’s gift shop/news outlet/apparel site, they are currently ALL sold out. Hot97’s Peter Rosenberg has scored the first-ever on-air interview with Odd Future’s Earl Sweatshirt.  Earl is clearly not at his most comfortable, but it’s certainly interesting to watch. Tyler, the Creator has seen nothing but success for his list of life goals. He has been crowned “Best New Artist” at this year’s VMA Awards, sold more than 100,000 copies of his sophomore album Goblin, and has one of the most viral videos, “Yonkers,” currently counting in at 22 million views. With an Odd Future Wolf Gang Kill Them All book titled Golf Wang in November and a national tour coming soon, the crew’s next takeover is television with Loiter Squad.

Cartoon Network’s Adult Swim announced the live-action show yesterday, where they plan to feature sketches, man on the street segments, pranks and music from the gang. It will be produced by Dickhouse Entertainment under the team of Johnny Knoxville, Jeff Tremaine and Spike Jonze who have been behind Jackass, Nitro Circus, Rob Dydrek’s Fantasy Factory and many others.

If Loiter Squad is anything like the hilarious banter and so-called highlight skating reel seen here (excuse the language!), then this should be pretty good.
