The rapper even decided to flex some more by stopping by Shade 45 for Toca Tuesday to promote his God, Money, War album (which is definitely a must listen) and continue to prove that his craft is nothing to be overlooked. King Los compliments his “God Money War” album with an accompanying short film. Los’ “God Money War” (Which is currently #2 on the iTunes Hip-Hop chart and 8th overall) is the Baltimore wordsmith’s major label debut through RCA. Through his industry ups and downs, Kind Los’ unparalleled rhyme schemes and wordplay have have allowed him to shine and “GMW” is a direct reflection of artistic struggle and victory. The Short film is a manifested, coming of age introspection through the optic of inception and growth, both as a man, father, rhymer and artist. The short’s black and white texture adds impact to the experience, capturing the main energy of the album, giving the viewer a deeper look into the transformation. A king is born.

Taking a different style from the usual, King Los has teamed up with Ty Dolla Sign, to bring the streets an animated video for the hard single “Can’t Fade Us.”

The joint; produced by DJ Mustard, sees Los, once again, expressing unique wordplay over a simplistic beat, adding heat to the track in its entirety. Complimented by Ty Dolla Sign’s smooth vocals, what more could we ask for.

The sketched out video presentation is certainly a step away from King Los’ previous approach, and kicks off a new theme for the upcoming album: God Money War.
