16 year-old Geko, who’s been dubbed the ‘rap version of Justin Bieber’ for his effortless flow, cascading style and rounded delivery, is rapidly emerging as one of the most likely contenders to crossover from street anthems to mainstream success. Those in doubt need only listen to his latest single, “Heartless”, which finds the UK native dropping some heartfelt rhymes over a moody, yet bombastic instrumental. In line with the title of the single, the video tells the tale of someone who breaks the heart of their lover. Interestingly, the second verse is from the perspective of the woman in the relationship. Complete with backing vocals by the USG music collective member himself, this sobering jam can be downloaded here.
