New Orleans strikes again with another great talent on the rise. YM/OVO representer Capito releases a street anthem with plenty of lyrical content that could have you rewinding the record and catching each bar if so inclined. The song, “Game 7” comes with a feature from Rich Rocka with production handled by BatmanOnTheBeatz.

For those not in the know, Capito is known for rolling with Lil Wayne as an OG member of Young Money with deep roots in OVO. He’s rumoured to be dropping a project this year but no solid dates yet.

As for Rich Rocka, the Bay native was known to be signed to The Game back in 2006, subsequently signing with Akon‘s label Konvict Music by 2010. Fast forward, here’s a brand new heater from the two; listen to it below.

Hailing from Los Angeles by way of Denver, Romeo Cash just released a new Michael Jordan inspired single entitled, “Game 7.” For this new offering Romeo teams up with Baltimore’s rapid-fire spitter, King Los and R&B singer Cory Jones on this smooth new anthem that caters to everyone working to overcome daily obstacles. “Every day like Game 7/Small struggles and big blessings,” Romeo croons over the bass heavy Sdotfire production. Sdotfire is known for his various collaborations with artists such as Kid Ink, Kevin Gates, Dizzy Wright and more. “Game 7” should definitely satisfy fans as Romeo Cash prepares for his forthcoming EP, HOTELS. Smoke Dza and A$AP Twelvy meet for a stellar collaboration on “Game 7”.  The visual, directed by Isaac Aguirre, displays cinematic views of the city while different A$AP members mingle in the background. It’s a great display of a new leaf in New York hip-hop.
