Reportedly, R&B singer Ciara will not have sole custody of her and Future’s one-year-old son, Future Zahir Wilburn.

Not only is the California judge in favor of joint custody of the two, but it doesn’t seem like Ciara will be awarded that $15 million she wanted in a defamation lawsuit she filed against Future Hendrix earlier this year for  libel and slander.

TMZ was the to first to report Ciara and Future’s motives in the courtroom.

Sources connected to the former couple say Ciara showed up in court asking for sole custody of their 1-year-old son, baby Future. She claimed Future was a bad parent who was not present in the child’s life. We’re told she and her lawyer also trash talked Future to the judge, saying he was a bad person.

For his part, Future showed up and asked for joint custody, and the judge was squarely on his side, rejecting her arguments.

Although it might seem impossible for the former couple, under California law, Future and his baby momma– who is engaged to Seattle Seahawks’ Russell Wilson— will now be co-parenting.

Since the couple split up, their obvious hate for each other has been evident. Future took it to social media plenty times sharing his dislike towards how Ciara limits him from seeing his child. Ciara has also publicized her dislike towards Future’s behavior. Even recently when she refused to say his name while announcing the Billboard Music Award nominees on national TV. But don’t fright, the #FutureHive has Future’s back. The loyal fans took to Twitter to troll Ciara after she posted the following tweet:
