Legal advice is defined as professional advice provided by a lawyer, it is applying the law to a specific situation. Application of law is as important as the law itself, some give advice for money for maintaining relations and some who give legal advice for the betterment of their clients and treat it personally. With the advent of internet we’ve seen many start-ups and entrepreneurs who became successful millionaires but there is also a story of a man who successfully became a millionaire entrepreneur by providing sound legal advice, Mr. Frederick William Penney.

Mr. Penney who was born in 1963 in California, had a natural inclination to help people right from his childhood. He got J.D. degree from J. Reuben Clark Law School in 1991. After graduation in 1992, he opened his own company named ‘ Penney and Associates: Injury Lawyers ‘ to dive into the business of justice. Mr. Penney possessed the instinctive decision making and thorough understanding of the law.
His company grew trust over the years and boasted a strong portfolio of clients.
Mr. Penney was trusted by his clients and was also termed “ bail man “ as he was successful in bailing out many businesses from liquadtion. He was an officer and a member of the California Supreme Court, and Placer County Superior Court appointed him as a settlement conference judge. 

Due to Mr. Penney’s work ethic and legal ability, he was coined a ” superb lawyer ” and got the highest, AVVO personal injury attorney rating of 10.

In a view to educate young legal entrepreneurs, Mr. Penney started hosting a radio show that discussed the trending legal cases and gave his professional advice. The show’s name is Radio Law Talk and it runs on SRN Radio Networks. Mr. Penney’s success story has inspired many to become a legal entrepreneur.
