Frank Shaw is a renowned martial arts instructor from Brooklyn, holding a fifth degree black belt in jujuitsu, a second degree black belt in judo, and is an expert in aikido, boxing, kickboxing, and knife fighting.  He’s hip-hop’s MMA expert, having worked closely with many in the industry and travelled extensively throughout the U.S. promoting his self-defense tactics.  His instructional DVD, “Judo and JuJitsu: Body Mechanics,” is dropping in early 2012.  Check out the trailer above.
