UPDATE: Mayweather (or someone on his team) has responded to the b(l)acklash via a lengthy message on his Instagram, which you can read below.

If you didn’t hear, Floyd Mayweather doesn’t care that Gucci is in hot water for decidedly racist clothing (it seems like blackface is the latest trend these days). For that reason, T.I. has decided to send a strong message to his former (still current?) foe via the new track “F*** N***a, which you can press play on below.

The sad thing is, “Money” Mayweather probably won’t be changing his tune for anybody.

These people are playing hopscotch. First, they're supposedly boycotting the NFL but as soon as the Super Bowl came around, they were either at the game, watching it on TV or throwing Super Bowl parties. Last week, it was R Kelly, this week it’s Gucci. People boycott for trend but turn around and still shop at H&M and watch the NFL.

Floyd Mayweather shocked no one when he went toe-to-toe with UFC’s Connor McGregor and won.At 50-0 Mayweather set a record and will either stay retired or move on to another challenge.

One person who is looking to pick up where Mayweather left is one, Adrien Broner.

“No disrespect to other fighters, but there’s no one else who can put on a show like me,” Adrien Broner told me on a recent episode of Scoop B Radio.

“It’s nobody that is as entertaining as me, it’s nobody who can really draw a crowd that I draw.”

However, Broner says he admires Mayweather’s “hard work and dedication.

“The biggest thing that I love about him is his work ethic,” Adrien Broner told Scoop B Radio.

Broner added:

“All of the flashiness, I don’t care about none of that. All of the money that’s he’s made, I don’t care about none of that, because that’s what’s going to come with the success. I really look at how dedicated he really is to his craft.”

Jarrell ‘Big Baby’ Miller has a huge ten round fight against Gerald Washington on Saturday. The Brooklyn native’s match is an undercard to Mikey Garcia and Adrien Broner’s bout at Barclays Center.

‘Big Baby’ is excited to see it. In an interview on the Get Fit Radio Podcast and webseries, Big Baby Miller weighed in on August’s big fight. “I mean, to beat Floyd he is gonna need a gun,” Jarell ‘Big Baby’ Miller told Get Fit Radio’s host Eric Salvary on McGregor.

The conversation began at the 3:00 mark

“I mean there’s nothing he can do to beat Floyd at this point. I’m not sure he has a legit boxing coach, but he would have to get with a legit boxing coach. It would take years to get those fundamentals down. He does have natural ability on some movement and pretty decent hand eye coordination, so he’ll definitely pick up a lot of fights. I mean, he is a fighter, but to stick with boxing, he would have to focus on boxing and get an enthusiastic coach that knows what he’s doing.”

Conor McGregor and Floyd Mayweather may have the most anticipated bout in history, but their press rounds are shaping up to be historic as well.

After starting the promotional run on Monday (Jul 11), MMA fighter Conor McGregor and boxer Floyd Mayweather Jr. kicked things off with a colossal level of extreme pettiness and total disrespect towards one another. From talking about literacy and competency to wearing a suit with pinstripes that say “F*ck You,” McGregor has seemingly matched petty pretty well with Mayweather and on Thursday (Jul 13) he took it one step further calling out Hip-Hop’s king of petty, 50 Cent.

During a press conference in New York City, McGregor went at 50 Cent by discussing his bankruptcy while holding up a copy of JAY-Z‘s album 4:44.

“50 Cent’s a bitch. You and 50 are two fake money bitches. He’s bankrupt and you’re about to be. I got Floyd a gift,” McGregor said. “This is JAY-Z’s new album, the 4.44. I want you to take this, listen to it, and learn how to build a real empire, not a fake empire.”

Not one to take a diss lightly, 50 Cent took to Instagram to address the diss by uploading a video of McGregor’s insult along with a caption reminding the corssover boxer of his actual competitor.

“?what the fuck wrong wit this white boy, you fighting Floyd not me fool. LOL,” 50 wrote.

McGregor and Mayweather square off on Aug. 26 on PPV.

Rapper 50 Cent took to instagram today to announce that in fact he and Floyd Mayweather are putting together a celebrity boxing lineup that will include Chris Brown and Soulja Boy.

According to the G Unit boss, he and Mayweather will set up a fight that will host 21 Savage and 22 Savage.

With Brown and Soulja Boy allegedly prepping for their fight, Fif says that they’re on board.

Respect Magazine was told earlier this afternoon that 50 Cent and retired NBA basketball player Tim Thomas have been in talks to set up a bout between Thomas and Martin. The two have been rivals since 2004.

It all stems from this play

50 Cent confirmed those talks via his instagram rant this afternoon, stating: “They really need to go ahead and get that shit off their chest.

In a recent interview with me on the Scoop B Radio Podcast last year, Thomas said that he was approached by Mayweather but the bout never seemed to happen. Thomas insists that he’d like to step into the ring and box Kenyon Martin with the proceeds going to a charity of Martin’s choosing.“Brother let’s get in the ring,” Thomas told me.

“I know you got some charities you can send the money to. I’ve got plenty of kids to help out, plenty of organizations. We could give it to charity. Or we can get some boxing promoters. Kenyon Martin was not available when reached out to for comment at press time. Tim Thomas was available for comment and said “Man, I cannot wait. Let’s set this up!”
