With his dark and sexual style, it was no surprise when OVO superstar Abel Tesfaye, otherwise known as The Weeknd, was enlisted to contribute a track to the soundtrack of Fifty Shades of Grey. His response: “Earned It”. This may not be one that we bump in the car on the way home from the party, but there’s no denying that it captures the artist’s signature sultry and tortured style.

The Weeknd switched it up a bit as he premiered his newest single titled “Earned It” off the Fifty Shades of Grey soundtrack. This sexy and sultry ballad emphasizes the tranquility sound of strings, delivering an impressive R&B ballad that oozes love. The Fifty Shades of Grey movie is slated to premiere on Valentine’s Day 2015. The trailer for the hit book turned movie features an exclusive version of “Crazy In Love” by Beyonce’.
