In a not-so-surprising turn, we have another promising talent out of Chicago. Hailing from the city’s Southside (though now taking up residence in the equally popping Seattle scene), Feezable the Germ provides us with his unique, nasal flow delivery on “Cooley High.” The record serves as the new single off the rapper’s upcoming mixtape, Only Built IV A Germ’s Empire.
