Griffin and 23 year-old Daquan Lundy, are facing murder charges, after allegedly firing several shots at an Orlando, Florida man outside of an apartment complex. The victim, 24 year-old Trevor Glover claims that at 1:19 A.M., two gentlemen approached him as he left his car to walk to his apartment. Glover says that two shots were fired in his direction, then another followed suit.

Glover attempted to run to the back of the complex, but ended up falling and scraping his hand on the concrete surface. Glover then recalled one of the men standing over him and firing a few shots, with at least one shot gracing his forehead. A sedan of dark color was seen by Glover leaving the scene.

Glover doesn’t see any connection with the two men, but does link a previous incident with his own. Glover’s girlfriend’s brother Gino Nicolas, was murdered one week prior to this incident. That incident occurred maybe seven miles from the location of Glover’s violent confrontation. Daquan Lundy was one of the six individuals shot in that incident and it has been reported that Lundy and Nicolas were “close friends.”

Lundy and Griffin are currently being held in an Orange County Jail with no motion for bond. Griffin plea is one of not guilty.
