Toro y Moi aka Chaz Bundick will be releasing his new album What For? on April 7th via Carpark Records. To celebrate the announcement, the South Carolina native drops off the project’s first single, “Empty Nesters.” He has been consistently releasing music since 2010, but he’s never been predictable. With so many new acts transitioning into an electronic style, Toro y Moi’s new single “Empty Nesters” moves in a more organic direction with an indie rock soundscape and Elliott Smith-like vocals.
