2. Ro Ransom featuring Kensei Abbot – “See Me Fall” (Y2K Remix)
Last year, New York emcee Ro Ransom teamed up with Kensei Abbot to give us the gloomy, yet trappy banger, we’ve come to know as “See Me Fall”. Ahead of the release of his forthcoming mixtape, Momentum, producer Y2K has revamped the track and it’s just as crazy as the original. After a three-month hiatus, C Dot Castro returns to the interwebs with a party-themed track perfect for the summer months we have coming up. Castro delivers some intricate rhymes over the uptempo instrumental, provided by in-house producer Jae Faive. This track also features Finally Famous affiliate Earlly Mac, who closes things out with a complementary verse, rounding out the track nicely.

Detroit’s Early Mac teams up with Bizzy Crook and Trae Tha Truth for a lyrical homage to money’s allure with “Big Bank.” The expression “big bank takes little bank” (also the record’s chorus) parallels symbolism between the song’s overt concept and what’s created when two up and coming spitters link with a Houston legend. The continuously rapid drum kicks offer simplistic production for Mac and friends, positioning the spotlight on the rhymes themselves. Earlly Mac came out of the gate with fire and his buzz only seems to be heating up.
