In an age where commercial music has become so cliche that you can’t differentiate from what artist you’re listening to because they all sound so similar, Sadat X, Nature, E. Smitty and Rebel Rodomez look to raise the bar with unique, authentic contrasting styles.

Their new single “Wolfpack” demonstrates everything that Hip-Hop needs right now. The diverse platoon of emcees devour the beat like a hungry pack of wolves, reminiscent of the days of 5,4,3,2,1.

This one was produced by ATL beat-smith E. Smitty and he also takes a turn on the mic in verse 3. E. Smitty has been quite busy this past month, already releasing singles with The White Lion and Alpha Memphis.

Elegant boombap production with a modern twist to grab the attention of all generations. “WolfPack” will be featured on Rebel Rodomez new double CD album “iL Campione” which releases on August 28th via Sound Alive Records.

This records serves as the third single off his forthcoming album “Welcome To Infinity.” Travaughn linked up with well-known producer and engineer “E. Smitty” for the entire project.   Each track will be custom produced by Smitty, with Travaughn providing touching lyrics and heartfelt stories to rightfully accompany every instrumental. The project is set to release this fall/winter and is a testament to the talent, versatility the emerging emcee brings to the game.

The record will also be available on E. Smitty’s upcoming album Hip-Hop Time Capsule, a project Smitty is creating to help bridge the gap between the youth and the elders of Hip-Hop.

XXL took a lot of heat this year for their incoming freshman class, and though times have changed, E. Smitty, Armageddon & King Phaze have drawn the line between the lyrically inclined and the gimmicks.  E. Smitty looks to restore some balance back into the game with “Ain’t Ready” which features a cryptic message for the youth and the struggle to become relevant as talent is blundered and hustle is praised.

On the self produced record, Smitty also shows off his lyrical talent, as he touches on the civic duty of every emcee to speak on the social issues which affect the community. Armageddon, former member of Terror Squad, speaks on the over-saturation of hip hop, while King Phaze adds a valiant voice to the record with references to the late Big Pun and Bruce Lee.
