Coming out of Orange County, it could be argued that the suburban neighborhoods and the proximity to the ocean isn’t the ideal breeding ground for Hip-Hop talent. Despite that, the city’s beautiful landscape is perfect inspiration for talent of any kind and look no further than native Daymo, who premieres his new, “Sideways” record with us.

Electing for acoustic sounding production as opposed to the 808-dominated sound of today’s music, Daymo combines sound lyricism with keen melodies throughout this ambient, yet highly enjoyable track.
