UPDATE: As can be seen on the updated line-up flyer below, Kanye West and his G.O.O.D.-backed Sunday Service will step out of exclusivity for the second weekend of this year’s Coachella.

**********

Last year’s Coachella was certainly one for the ages, much in part thanks to Beyoncé. Now, following a couple of back-outs from Justin Timberlake and Kanye West, we now have the official line-up for this year. Childish Gambino, Tame Impala and Ariana Grande are tapped as the main headliners; Janelle Monáe, Diplo, Solange, KiD CuDi, Playboi Carti, Khalid, CHVRCHES, YG, J Balvin, Aphex Twin, The 1975 and many, many more are taking to one of the stages as well.

Check out the big flyer below…more information can be found here.

Another big Coachella weekend in the books (the first weekend, anyway). This year, Beyoncé, Eminem and The Weeknd led a massive line-up of big stars that included Cardi B, Tyler, The Creator, Post Malone, SZA, Migos, Miguel, Vince Staples and more…and no one disappointed. Here are the biggest moments (also, still-rolling “live” streams of the festival):

As always, The Weeknd gave an incredible show for the Coachella attendees. What seemed to make the biggest headlines was the Canadian star’s performance of “Call Out My Name” and “Privilege” — not only did he appear to be in tears while singing these tracks, but many think it’s because of emotions stemming from his ex, Selena Gomez. None of this has been confirmed, but it’s amazing to watch nonetheless.

Simply put, Beyoncé made history once again as the first Black female headliner, and she may have put on Coachella’s best performance of all time in the process. Sister Solange, hubby/On The Run 2 tourmate Jay-Z and even Michelle Williams and Kelly Rowland (as Destiny’s Child) joined in on the fun. King Bey brought the HBCU experience to the masses, complete with a marching band and probate. Overall, it’s simply spectacular to see her in action on that stage.

It’s hard not to look at Cardi and smile. The pregnant New York star was a burst of energy during her Sunday Coachella performance which also saw appearances from YG, G-Eazy, Chance The Rapper, 21 Savage and Kehlani (no Offset sighting, surprisingly, given his set with the Migos wasn’t too long after). Much of her 35-minute set featured songs from her chart-topping, 200K-plus selling debut album Invasion Of Privacy. Naturally, “Bodak Yellow” is still as electrifying.

There is nothing like good weather, beautiful women and even better vibes, and there is only one place to be during the month of May that includes all three. Out of all the festivals that go on during the year, not one is anywhere comparable to Rolling Loud. The line-up and ticket pricing for Rolling Loud 2018 have been released and — by the looks of it — this is one you don’t want to miss. Rolling Loud has had an epic impact to the culture, bringing an assortment of artists together.

During this time of year, Miami is not only flooded with fans from all over the United States but also todays moguls and fashion icons. Rolling Loud is one of the most highly anticipated and hyped festivals to attend in 2018 and there is no other festival that amounts to this magnitude. Following this years headliners, it’s hard to think that anyone thought it possible to have J. Cole, Travis Scott, Future, Lil Uzi Vert, Young Thug, Migos, Cardi B, Lil Wayne, Rick Ross performing on the same stage. The only way to digest an event of this magnitude is attending it, no matter what the cost is.

Looking back at last year’s recap should give you some insight of what to expect when stepping into this atmosphere. Rolling Loud isn’t like any other concert or festival, with over 40,000 fans projected to attend. With May just around the corner, the clock has started counting down until it is too late to get tickets. You can catch a glimpse of the aforementioned recap below if you want to get your vibes right; this is the place to be during this time of year.

The two-weekend music festival will take place from Friday, April 13th through Sunday, April 15th, and Friday, April 20th through Sunday, April 22nd. At this rate, we don’t know what will happen next year with Queen Bey; there is no lineup on what day or week she will be performing or anything. Stay tuned for updates!

There was a point in time when Coachella was one of the biggest, if not the biggest, music festivals around. Depending on who you ask, that still may be the case, but for the most part, the Spring event, which spans over the course of nine days, seems to have lost some of its appeal, and that was made evident after the highly-anticipated, extremely underwhelming reunion of legendary duo, Outkast in 2014.

For the most part, Coachella is now a paradise for hypebeasts and people who only want to go, so they can put it all over social media. It’s not really about the music anymore. It’s about being able to say, “I went to Coachella”. Sad but true. In any event, below is the lineup for this year’s installment.

Even though there will be no Hip-Hop headliners this year, it’s still pretty cool too see that the likes of A$AP Rocky, Vince Staples, and Rae Sremmurd, just to name a few, will be hitting that stage.

If you’re plotting on a Coachella move, now is probably the time to get things in order. April 15th will be here before you know it.

Feeling down because you couldn’t go to Coachella this year? Well don’t, because Dave East just dropped a gritty track letting us know why he couldn’t make it either with “No Coachella For Me.” According to Dave, he was too busy “stuck in the trap,” making it happen for his family and otherwise grinding it out. The catchy and unapologetic track was produced by Automatik Beatz, with a complementary video shot, directed and edited by Brandon Cooklin. Catch it below.
