The rap duo recently delivered the visuals for their second single “Mind Your Manners.” Ever wondered what would happen if you put a rapper, mascot, old couple, and other odd characters together in a warehouse full of paint and balloons? Me neither, but you’ll find out by watching this fun and easy going video. Chiddy Bang‘s debut album, Breakfast, is in stores now. “Junior high school I had a crush on the principal. I guess I was turned on by the leadership.”

Through the SXSW madness Chiddy Bang managed to sit down for a quick interview. The duo comments on their “six second energy rule” and their adventures in Austin. Their debut album, Breakfast, is out now. “This is that new s**t! This is crazy, it’s in a different time signature!”

Chidera and Xaphoon get crazy on this one. In preparation for the release of Breakfast they release a video for music that — unfortunately, due to copyright issues- didn’t make the cut for their debut album. I was floored when I heard this. A Cocorosie sample? Are you serious Xaphoon? Stop it. Just stop it. Too good.

Someone should should write a strongly worded letter to Cocorosie’s management.

Converse‘s 2011 Band of Ballers basketball tournament was held this week in NYC.  Among the artists involved were Jim Jones, Cory Gunz, Wiz Khalifa, Chiddy Bang and others.  Despite, VIBE’s presence at the event, the rest of us will have to wait for the Band of Ballers special to air on MTV2 in August.  Be sure to check out VIBE’s video below and their photo gallery from the event.
