When it comes to hip-hop, CDon is a breath of fresh air. Detroit’s very own has graced the stage with Pusha T and Malice, Talib Kweli, Danny Brown, The Cool Kids, and more.

He was only in high school when he released his first music and opened up for the Clipse at St. Andrew’s hall in downtown Detroit. From there Big Sean and Wiz Khalifah CDon rap for them in Detroit’s very popular sneaker boutique Revive.  He then accompanied Kid Cudi throughout Detroit as Kid Cudi went to WJLB, made an instore appearance at a local sneaker boutique, and preformed at Royal Oak Music Theater.

As CDon prepared to release his first project he teamed up with Dj Mick Boogie and Motivation Sneaker Botique to drop his first mixtape. The mixtape included Power’s ownRotimi, Detroit’s Burn Rubber Ro Spit, with production from BrandUn Deshay. The project was very well received in the Hip Hop community as he transitioned to Morehouse College in Atlanta, GA.

CDon is back, all grown up with his second project, Divine Order.  Divine Order, the majority of it done in-house, brings together soulful production along with thought provoking lyrics to produce God’s work.  As visuals continue to be released off of Divine Order, CDon is getting to be recognized as a true underground sensation and easily the true potential of Detroit.
