Cashmere Cat has released his debut album and it’s full of star-studded features.

After a long and highly anticipated wait, the Norwegian DJ has delivered his debut attempt 9 which is laced with 10 tracks in total. The record is jam packed with features from artists like Jhene Aiko, Ariana Grande, The Weeknd, Tory Lanez, Ty Dolla $ign, Kehlani and more.

Tory Lanez has always been generous to his fans when it comes to dropping new music. His “Fargo Friday” series have been highly anticipated week after week, as he drops off new gems on his SoundCloud. But today is a special Fargo Friday, as the Toronto native debuted his second single since “Say It,” titled “Luv.”

While a variety of artists have been tapping into a Caribbean sound which has been a current trend in the industry recently, Tory Lanez joins this beat with his new song “Luv.” Produced by Benny Blanco and Cashmere Cat, “Luv” samples Tanto Metro and Devonte‘s 1999 classic track “Everyone Falls In Love.” Mixing the reggae-sound beat with some upbeat pop, the track is sure to make its way to dominate the airwaves.

Earlier today, HotNewHipHop exclusively announced Tory Lanez’ title for his upcoming album – “I Told You.” The album is set to be released sometime this summer.

In the meantime, you can try to catch the R&B singer on ASAP Ferg‘s Level Up Tour. Some of the remaining cities include Indianapolis, Cincinnati, New York City and more.

It seems as though we’re in an age where Hip-Hop and EDM are somewhat synonymous with one another. With both genres increasingly blending, Trillectro was the perfect festival to showcase both sides. Artists like Dom Kennedy, Kehlani, JMSN, D.R.A.M, and Chance The Rapper shard the stage with the likes of Masego, Cashmere Cat, and RL Grime, forming an artistic bond between urban culture and electronic music. From hardcore Hip-Hop heads to wrist beads and glow sticks, Trillectro 2015 was the trillest of trill.

Yesterday Kanye West unveiled his new shoe collaboration with Adidas, the Yeezy 750 Boost, in New York to an audience that included industry heavyweights, such as Beyonce, Rihanna, Diddy and Anna Wintour. The new Yeezy’s, which have hypebeasts going wild, will retail for $350 this Valentine’s Day in limited quantities (9,000 pairs).

During the show Kanye also debuted a new song featuring Vic Mensa and Sia, entitled “Wolves.” The auto-tuned and minimalistic track has the same raw emotion that can be found on his 2008 hit “808s & Heartbreak.” “Wolves” was produced by Cashmere Cat and Sinjin Hawke and will be the first track on his new album, which has yet to be titled.
