Street artist Case from the Ma’Claim crew briefly stopped in Basel, Switzerland to paint a brand new piece that is sure to blow you away.

The German artist curated a very surreal pair of hands in a short matter of time. Very interesting how the colors and holographic effect go hand-in-hand, giving us the “follow the leader” vibe. Let us know what you think about his new piece.

Andreas von Chrzanowski aka Case paints statue-esk figures with brushstrokes of fantasy. His work has an odd softness to it merging with surprising elements. The artist molds his creatures as clay and adds elements of an imaginary world to it. He spray paints his reality. The photorealistic street artist is definitely one of a kind. Case’s impecable technique allows him to use  shodowing, layering and textures to convey emotions. The Salvador Dali -like surrealistic murals Case creates are both disturbing great. It would be too easy to limit his work to a good technique. What’s so compelling is his ability to challenge the unexpected.

Known as one of the best photo-realist style graffiti artists in the world, Case also holds a diploma in art restoration and conservation from Erfurt University. He has exhibited his incredibly realistic and detailed paintings worldwide, including shows in New York, London and Berlin.
