Fin DAC was last spotted last November in Wales (bottom) for “The Duke of Lancaster” Project. The Irish artist couples his trademark monochromatic palette with a splash of color to make each piece pop. He is now in Cartagena, Columbia where he recently completed the breath taking piece “La Heroica.”
