Rick Ross has recently dropped a visual for his 2015 track “Free Enterprise,” featuring John Legend. Although the song came out on his 2015 project Black Market, the election of Donald Trump as president has prompted Ross to drop a politically aimed video. In this video, Rick Ross points a finger at the faults of Donald Trump, and society as a whole.

This video, directed by Ryan Snyder, shows Rick Ross in front of an inverted American flag, symbolizing the harsh, unequal reality that many face in this country.

In an interview with Rolling Stone, Ross says, “I would never advocate violence on Trump or anyone. It’s lyrical assassination. That’s me being a poet, putting words together in my art form, with no violence in my heart at all,” he said. “Clarify that. Matter of fact, my cameraman was Trump’s caddy at his golf course for five years, and he says Trump is cool as fuck.”

Besides the blatant criticism of Donald Trump, Rick Ross also talks about many issues plaguing the country today like the mass incarceration of black men.  The statistic, “1 in 3 Black Men Can Expect To Go To Prison In Their Lifetime,” flashed across the screen as the music played in the background.

Welp, it’s finally here. After releasing two solid mixtapes– Black Dollar & Renzel Remixes (Discs 1&2)—  as well as releasing numerous other songs in between, Rick Ross‘ eighth studio album Black Market has hit the streets. It’s a tremendous project that fans of Ross, and even the naysayers, will thoroughly enjoy. Some may have doubted his ability to make a solid project as of late, but this effort should disprove their theories. He addresses many topics on this project; he speaks on more than just his “Boss” persona and getting money. He speaks on topics ranging from his baby-mother, problems with labels, and ghostwriting amongst many others. The album features the like of Future, Mary J. Blige, Cee-Lo Green, Mariah Carey, Nas, DJ Premier, The Dream, and John Legend. Stream the project below.

2 Milly’s “Milly Rock” has gained a lot of traction this year, echoing the response to Bobby Shmurda‘s  Shmoney dance. The dance is dope, but the song is just as catchy. Lil Wayne dropped his interpretation on “No Ceilings 2” and tonight we get to hear Rozay spit a verse to the Brooklyn anthem on another addition to the #RenzelRemixes. #RozaySeason continues to push forward as the release of Ricky Rozay‘s project Black Market slowly creeps up. Yesterday, he started this latest run by dropping his interpretation of Post Malone‘s “White Iverson.” This time, Rozay lends his verbal skills to the tune “Stick Talk” from Future‘s DS2. He’s exceptional at keeping the streets fed with material as he prepares to release a project. Rozay’s work ethic and lyrical prowess is not to be questioned, and these latest tracks prove just that.
