Big Ooh! is a Trenton, NJ based recording artist/song-writer who appeared on Season 2 of the hit tv series Empire. In October, Ooh! shared his higly anticipated project, 10 Toes Down (The Sequel), which featured Kur, Young Chris, Ms. Jade, Lihtz Kamraz, and Gillie Da Kid.

Today, the Jersey native returns with the official visual for “To Whom It May Concern.” The Cardiak & 1500 Or Nothin‘-produced cut supplies a nostalgic sound that is perfect for two lyricists to deliver nothing but bars. Weaving in and out of the track, Ooh! and Philly’s own, Ms. Jade mercilessly exchange punchlines.

The video, directed by Konsc! Filmz, captures the two rappers in their respective hoods as they remind us why they are East-coast Hip-hop veterans.
