A$AP Ferg has been pretty busy between A$AP Mob’s upcoming project ‘Cozy Tapes‘ and his own new project, ‘Always Strive and Prosper, looks like Ferg is poised for great 2016 campaign.  The Harlem emcee gave his fans a preview of new music he’s set release this year with “New Level,” feauturing Future on Zane Lowe Beats One Radio Show.

Ferg returns today with a street anthem featuring the Atlanta trio Migos titled “Trap Anthem.” The is unusually short for a A$AP Ferg single, but it’s sure to get the trap jumping when the beats drops. Quavo kicks the anthem off first as he raps, “Take the plug hold him up for ransom / That’s what I call a trap anthem.” Ferg adds to the anthem as he floats along with the beat with a hook of his own “This is the real trap anthem/ F**k a bad bitch in a Phantom /F**k a rich bitch in the bathroom /Eh, this is the real trap anthem.”

Not sure if “Trap Anthem” will end up on his upcoming ‘Always Strive and Prosper‘ album, but from the repeated “Cozy Boys” drops looks like the song will end up on the A$AP Mob’s complication project. Ferg talked about his new upcoming album back in january, and hinted that it tells a story about his life and will have features from Missy Elliott, Chris Brown, Future, Rick Ross, and Swizz Beatz among others.

The album doesn’t have a release date yet but in the mean time take a listen to his new single “Trap Anthem” below.

The “Treat Me Like Fire“ duo, Lion Babe, have revealed an exciting and refreshing sound on their new Pharrell Williams-produced single, “Wonder Woman.” Conducting The Neptunes’ late ’90s dancefloor funk, Williams laces lead singer Jillian Hervey (who just so happens to be the daughter of Vanessa L. Williams) with a futuristic groove and pleasant background vocals on “Wonder Woman,” which was premiered by BBC Radio 1’s Annie Mac earlier tonight (March 18).
