Slum Village has released the visual to their latest ode to women, “Expressive.” The Detroit lyricists’ 8th studio album, “Yes!” will available for purchase on June 16th (available for streaming now). The album features appearances from Black Milk, Bilal, Phife Dawg, Illa J, and production from original member, J. Dilla.

We are no strangers to collaborations from BJ the Chicago Kid and Freddie Gibbs and they usually knock it out of the park. This time they team up for one for the women with the big ole booties and it goes hard. The duo ride the thumping beat effortlessly as they have in previous tracks like “Smoke and Ride.” The track is featured on BJ’s upcoming M.A.F.E. project which features old and new collaborations which drops on November 19. The project features Sasha Go Hard, Smoke DZA and Harold Lilly. Get into the track below.

In an unexpected visual interpretation of “Shame,” Freddie Gibbs plays the role of the homie with the goods that women seek. The song implies a sexual “walk of shame,” but Jonah Schwartz had a different vision for the video. BJ The Chicago Kid croons the chorus while against the front door, laying the cautionary lyrics, “it ain’t gotta be the walk of shame, baby, but that’s only if you know the game, baby.” The Shame EP with sole production by Madlib is available now for download.
