It goes without saying the love for makeup young girls have nowadays. With the changing times & with the onset of the latest techniques in cosmetics, more & more girls have fallen in love with it. Major credit to the increase in the craze of the same also goes to social media. With more & more celebs posting videos sharing their techniques or tutorials of makeup, the madness for it has been doubling. But, a significant part of the credit also goes to experts in the beauty industry who have time & again come up with their dose of creativity to offer to their clients & inspire them more for creating such looks. One such crazy girl but madly in love with makeup is Avni Gandotra. Hailing from the most beautiful part of India, Jammu & Kashmir, Avni decided to make girls around her more beautiful with her expertise as a makeup artist.

As a child, Avni admits saying that she was always attracted towards creative work & as she grew up, she studied Architecture from Amity University, Noida. Later she even realised that it was not her actual calling & so she decided to take up the career as a makeup artist. Avni’s journey also has been an interesting one where she out of hobby & interest used to love styling her friends for college festivals. What once started as only a hobby later was transformed into a full-fledged career for this young girl. Today she is known as having the best expertise in bridal makeup in the entire of Kashmir at such a young age. Looking at how pro Avni already had been in college, her friends suggested her to opt for a career in the same & so after completing her graduation; she went ahead to train under the famous makeup artist from Delhi, Meenakshi Dutt. Getting trained under her guidance, Avni became an independent makeup artist which also led her to launch her salon called ‘The Trends Inn Unisex Salon’ in Jammu along with her brother Amber Gandotra. Amber is also a famous businessman who has been managing multiple businesses in Jammu & is already a successful entrepreneur in his early twenties. 

Talking about her future plans, Avni also wishes to try her hands at being a beauty blogger & would love to explore the influencer & blogging industry as well. However, presently she is more focused on expanding her unisex salon & coming up with more beauty services for her clients. With her passion & love for her work, Avni proves to the world that it is the constant determination & the will of a person to get going in their career & achieve their goals accordingly.
