Keeping to himself, but always willing to express himself sonically, Audubon (2:AYEM), has been making silent moves. Audubon (like many other great artists) hails from Washington Heights, NYC, where making a name for yourself is easier said than done. With the release of his recent record and video for “Risky Business,” Audubon sets the tone for those who would consider themselves to be in the same bracket as him. Always strapped and ready for war — Audubon carries his confidence in such a manner that it might come off as disrespectful, while bringing the same aggressive energy that has carried him to this very moment.

For those who aren’t so familiar with Audubon’s talents as an artist, it’s simple to think of him as a jack of all trades. Artistry isn’t something you can just obtain at your local bodega…you’re born with it. Always speaking about the vices of life and of the heart, Audubon released “All Of You,” where he displays his talents as an artist always wearing his heart on his sleeve on records. Being so well-rounded only makes him that much more of a threat to let every artist know that their job isn’t safe.

One aspect about Audubon that most artists should learn from is that being precise is what makes you great. Having learned early in the game it doesn’t matter about when your going to drop a project. What matters is how much time is going to be put into it to make it a master piece.
