We were first introduced to this 19 year-old British crooner a few months ago with the infectious “Fucked Up.” Now, Joel Compass delivers a new record in the form of “Astronaut.” The track will be on his forthcoming EP of the same name, dropping in September via Black Butter Records. Joel Compass is a 19-year-old London-based crooner. There isn’t much other info around, other than a sparse Soundcloud account. However, Weeknd comparisons are inevitable judging by this dark single. “Fucked Up” tells the story of Compass cheating with another girl, while his girlfriend is blowing up his phone. He certainly seems like he could be one to watch in the future. His EP, Astronaut, is due out in June.
