ASAP Ferg has returned and dropped another single off of his highly anticipated album Still Striving.

For his new track “Nasty (Who Dat)”, Ferg has teamed up with ATLiens Migos as the two trade verses paying homage to JT Money‘s 1999 hit “Who Dat.”

Despite channeling a Crunk classic, Ferg keeps it all the way gutter as he spits his signature flow over the enthusiastic beat. Letting folks know that although he’s about that bread for the right woman he can be both the gangster and the gentleman.

“All these bricks and money I been stacking/All dollars busting through the plastic/1800 got me blasting/ I’ma keep the money coming keep dancing/Tonight I fell in love with a stripper/Ferguson can be her last name/Who dat, who dat, who dat on your Insta?/Invite her to my crib, we getting nasty.”

This isn’t the first time that Ferg and Migos have teamed up. The Hood Pope and the “Bad and Boujee” rappers previously collaborated on “Back Hurt” from Always Strive and Prosper, as well as “Trap Anthem,” Marty Baller’s “I’m a Dog,” and the “Shabba” remix.

“Nasty (Who Dat)” follows the previously released #TrapLordTuesday singles “Plain Jane,” “Nia Long,” “Tango” and the all-star “East Coast (Remix)” featuring Busta Rhymes, ASAP Rocky, Dave East, French Montana, Rick Ross, and Snoop Dogg.

Still Striving is set for an Aug. 18 release date and is available for pre-order on iTunes.

ASAP Ferg is back with the week’s installment of  #TrapLordTuesday but this week he’s getting a little personal.

On his latest release, “Tango” Ferg teams up with Kanobby for a soulful walk down memory lane, with Feg reflecting on the tougher times in life. From touching on the topic of his father’s death from an apparent kidney failure, to fake love from people,  Ferg covers it all.

During an interview on Zane Lowe‘s show on Beats1 radio, Ferg premiered the record, but not before giving fans a brief description of the theme and acknowledging it’s about keeping it real.

“Tango is a record basically that’s like, when people be dancing around with their words, you can’t dance around with your words no more,” he said. “You have to give it straight to them, like raw. You can’t be like dancing around questions and answers, you just got to kind of give it straight up, how it is.”

“Tango” follows the five songs that Ferg released last week to kick off the return of #TrapLordTuesday, including “Nia Long,” “Furious Ferg,” “Plain Jane,” and “Aw Yea” with Lil Yachty.

Up next, Ferg is dropping an “East Coast” remix featuring Busta Rhymes, Cam’ron, Dave East, A$AP Rocky, and French Montana, ahead of his Still Striving album set to drop in August.

On Tuesday (June 13th), Ferg (initially) premiered three new songs on his official SoundCloud page — the first being an ode to legendary iconic beauty Nia Long, with a title track of the same name.

The HighDefRazjah-produced track features Ferg taking it back to the trap while comparing today’s honeys to the seemingly-ageless actress.

Ferg also surprised fans by dropping the collaboration track “Aw Yea” featuring Lil Yachty, which showcases Ferg revisiting a nostalgic flow that he first introduced in 2011.

In addition, Ferg surprised fans with the release of one more Trap-heavy track titled “Plain Jane.” The nostalgic cut is influenced by Three 6 Mafia‘s “Slob On My Knob” and features Ferg riding the beat adding a New York touch to a southern classic. Ferg didn’t stop there, either: he then released one more track, “Furious Ferg,” which shows the self-proclaimed “Hood Pope” is making sure fans’ playlists stay stacked.

Dave East is just getting started this year after a solid first-quarter of collaborations with up & coming artists such as Duke, Profit and Don Q . The next quarter can be a major play for East after the release of his new single “Paper Chasin” feat. A$AP Ferg fr0m the second installment of Def Jam Recording’s Direct Deposit Vol 2. The Harlem collaboration is a banger and gives you a projection on how things are looking right now for the new Def Jam Recording signee. East gives a walk through his day off collecting a bag and enjoying the rise through the hip-hop ranks.

Then, on Halloween 2011 the industry got its answer with the release of Rocky’s first mixtape Live Love A$AP . This project opened the eyes of many industry executives, which would later lead to the Mob signing with RCA Records. The group has always been unorthodox with members that included emcees A$AP Ferg, Nast , Twelvyy and Ant. An up incoming producer in Ty Beats and even a fashion icon in A$AP Bari. Though there was one member that brought it together for many years. That member was Steven Rodriguez, better know as the Mob’s spiritual guide A$AP Yams.

Rodriguez fueled many of the groups identity for a handful of years before his untimely death in January 2015. Since then fans of the A$AP Mob have been waiting to see how the remaining members would push through the industry now that such a key cog to their success was now lost.

-A$AP Rocky “Crazy Brazy“

Rocky and Ferg of course dropped their respective sophomore major label projects soon after his death, but you could tell that there was something missing in those two projects. In my personal opinion it was confidence in the singles that both artist put out. Compile this with the fact that’s the follow-up posse project to Lords Never Worry that was slated to be released in 2014 never made it to the fans even after the stellar single “Trillimatic” had a great support from the community . It seemed that the Mob had hit a wall. Instead it was just a restart,  during the months after Yams death the group began hanging around  a plethora of new artist.

Rocky went on tour with the Odd Future sergeant Tyler the Creator. Ferg and rising rock star Lil Uzi Vert began to form a strong relationship. Nast went London and entered the grim scene with support from multiple U.K. stars including Skepta and Young Lord. In other words, the group hailing from Harlem went back to basics. Records like “Telephone Calls” and “Way Hiiigh” display the new relationships that the members of the mob have been forming over the past two years. Mixing their style with what was happening in the world around them.

This is what makes the Cozy Tape Vol 1 so refreshing. It is a return to form for every member of the Mob and even a step forward for A$AP Ant who provides some standout moments which include the infectious track “Runner” and the spacey   “Young N***A Living“.

There is of course going to be critics out there who believe there are way too many features. To those people, I believe that this project was a tribute to what A$AP Yams’ ideology meant to the industry. Just because you live in one area of the world doesn’t mean your music has to reflect that. If you haven’t heard the Mob’s latest effort, do yourself a favor and put it into your rotation. It will not disappoint.

A$AP Ferg is getting ready to hit the road later this month for the “Turnt & Burnt” Tour with Playboi Carti & Rob $tone, but before he does he’s got a treat for fans.

In celebration of his 28th birthday today (10/20),  the Harlem spitter decided to release a new remix to his hit single “New Level” featuring Future, off of his highly anticipated sophomore album Always, Strive, And Prosper, now adding A$AP Rocky and Lil Uzi Vert along with Future to the track which premiered last night.

Besides being a reignited banger, the song also features a few politically-aware lines from Ferg:

“Broke, poor, they eliminate us, throw my people down the incinerator / MalcolmX, Martin Luther, Jim Crow is back at it.”

In addition to appearing on the revived heat, A$AP Rocky also recently announced that the A$AP Mob project Cozy Tapes is finally finished. Although no official release date has been set, fans have been having fun with the “Cozy Boy Challenge”, which A$AP Rocky has been posting via Twitter.

Fresh off the “Level Up Tour” with ASAP Ferg, Tory Lanez is going back on the road for his “I Told You Tour,” titled after his upcoming debut “I Told You.”

The New Toronto singer will be traveling to 76 different cities in North America, with more dates to be announced. He’ll kick off his “I Told You Tour” with VeeCee on July 22 at the WayHome Music & Arts Festival in Oro-Medonte, Ontario.

Pre-sale tickets were made available this morning exclusively for Spotify listeners and general tickets will go on sale Friday, July 22 at 10 a.m. local time on IToldYouTour.com.

The R&B singer has been releasing freebies on his SoundCloud recently for his Fargo Friday series with remixes to “Controlla” and “I Got The Keys.” In honor of his release date for his debut album, his latest freestyle produced by Jahlil Beats is titled “August 19.”

Lanez has been promoting his album and tour announcement via Twitter and Instagram – letting people know to cop tickets to his show before they regret it.
