Tomorrow (November 6th) we will get GoldLink’s long-anticipated, debut LP And After That We Didn’t Talk, a week ahead of schedule, due to the DMV emcee’s eagerness to “get this to the world”.

With one last leak before the project floods the streets, we get “New Black”, courtesy of Soulection. The short, laid back joint sees Goldlink touching on subjects like police brutality, young black men with no fathers and the fact that “hip-hop will die” if lies and songs about guns and violence continue.

With a slew of heaters already floating around and his much anticipated debut, And After That, We Didn’t Talk, on the way (November 13), DMV’s GoldLink is back with more audio dope.

With “Unique”, we have GoldLink and Anderson .Paak (who you might remember as the breakout star on Dr. Dre’s latest album, Compton) teaming up and professing their appreciation for the lady who’s not quite like the others, over a groovy, uptempo beat, provided by ‘Link’s go-to producer, Louie Lastic.
