Chicago has proven to consistently disperse some of the most creative talent when it comes to the new wave of artists. With the likes of Chance The Rapper and Vic Mensa, Lucki Eck$ is a rapper that is without a doubt giving us a fresh perspective on the sound of hip-hop. His 2013 release of Alternative Trap was met with positive reviews and he’s back with the release of “Boomin’,” presumably from an upcoming project. The video gives us a unique view of business dealings in the Chi. The song was produced by Plu2o Nash  and the video was directed by Point & Shoot.
