Allen Le Grand, a 22 year old DMV Native that is quickly rising in the music scene,  just released one of the most refreshing projects coming from the underground this year. The recording artist,and producer from Fort Washington, MD brought in his 22nd birthday by dropping his new EP entitled Luma. The project gives us music fans a crystal clear glimpse of what makes him so musically unique.

Two of Allen’s main musical influences would have to be Stevie Wonder and Andre 3000. He inspires to have the insane lyrical ability and range as an MC like 3 Stacks. The legend inspires him to test rap and be the best at doing so. He grew up listening to artists like Stevie Wonder who inspires him to be more than okay with taking not only musical, but cultural risks. He is also musically influenced by the likes of Wu-Tang Clan, Sade, Kid Cudi, Eminem, Gil-Scott Heron, Marvin Gaye, Kanye West, and The Neptunes.
