Just like the Lochness Monster or Big Foot, a Jay Electronica siting or project are rare and come far and few in between. The New Orleans rapper hasn’t been heard of since the release of the Just Blaze produced track, “Exhibit C” in December 2009. Randomly, three years later he reveals the tracklist for his debut album, Act ll: Patents of Nobility (The Turn), which is the sequel to an earlier EP Act l: Eternal Sunshine (The Pledge).

There is no release date for the album yet but it will be released through Roc Nation. The tracklist includes features from some top notch artist.
